The Description God Gives of Himself
Introduction:
- In His ministry to the Seven Churches in Revelation 2 and 3, the Lord Jesus Christ first of all gives a description of Himself to them. The principle involved here is that each Church had need of the Lord Jesus in the way He described Himself.
- The application of this principle is clear. If we understand Who God is and translate this into the daily practice of faith and love, then we will be living in fellowship with God and receive the benefits He has promised His people.
