The Joy of the Lord (2)

Introduction: 
  • God has not only provided for and promised forgiveness, righteousness, wisdom and strength – He has also promised to give us His joy.
    For if, when we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his on, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! Not only is this so, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation. Rom 5:10,11
  • The joy of the Lord is more than being contented with life. It is a joy in the Lord Himself – enjoying God – His presence – His Word – and His grace. It is His will for us!
